GENERAL: Doug Schmitt Seminars courses are offered to anyone over the age of eighteen regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or handicap.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: (This paragraph applies to MCE accredited classes only) I understand that MCE courses require my attendance for the entire period in order to receive Mandatory Continuing Education Credits. I understand that if I am unable to attend the entire course no partial MCE credits will be given.

FEES: Tuition is payable with this registration. Registration confirmations will be faxed or e-mailed to you. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS: If an emergency such as severe weather or instructor illness warrants the canceling or postponement of a course or class session all care will be given to notify you as soon as possible.

REFUNDS AND SUBSTITUTIONS: There is a $50 fee for any cancellations or transfers if made prior to 48 hours of a class start date. No refunds or transfers will be given for "Cancellations within 48 hours of the class start time or for No Shows." Disruptive students will be asked to leave the classroom area with no refund or MCE credits due.

DEVICES: No Audio or Video Taping of the course is allowed. All portable telephones and pagers must be turned off during class.

COMFORT: The classroom may be cooler than normal. For your comfort it is suggested you wear layers of clothing.
