Post Licensing combines a wealth of
information all agents need to know. The course provides lively and in depth training in the areas of lead generation, listing, pricing, marketing, new technology, working with buyers, showing homes, writing contracts, negotiating, agency,
disclosure and many skill building techniques. The class is taught in four sessions from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for a total of 30 hours. A detailed workbook is provided.
Top Producers have developed wonderful presentation skills. They have also developed highly effective graphics that they use in conjunction with their presentations. Top producing agents have learned how to properly qualify their customers and clients up front. The result is they experience far fewer objections when it comes time to ask for the order.
