Doug Schmitt, DREI, ABR, CCREC, e-PRO, has built a national reputation as a top sales trainer and speaker in the real estate industry.

As an authority on Pricing, Negotiating, Listing, Selling and Technology he has presented hundreds of seminars, workshops and classes to thousands of real estate agents.

Doug is a speaker that combines humor with the tools and information needed to achieve desired results immediately. His state of the art ideas are drawn from frequent contact and interviews with top producing agents. He is skilled at inspiring participants to take action and start realizing their personal and business goals.

He has authored articles for popular real estate publications and is one of approximately one-hundred real estate instructors in the world possessing the elite designation; "Distinguished Real Estate Instructor" (DREI).

Doug has served the real estate industry full time for over 30 years. His early achievements involved listing fifty residential homes during his first ninety days. He went on to manage, own or operate a number of large volume real estate companies. He has developed several upscale residential communities and has been licensed as a broker in six states.

Doug served as the southeast regional manager for one of the nations' largest real estate franchises.

Doug has authored many outstanding courses for top producing sales associates and managers. He is also the producer of a number of proven real estate products designed to get you in the door and walk out with the order.
